Origin: ELIS SUPERIOR is obtained from olives of “Koroneiki” variety, cultivated with natural methods, in the highlands of Pylos, near Kalamata, in Messinia-Greece. Located, in a climatically favorable area and one of the largest olive growing regions in Greece, our cultivars have plenty of sun, water and a soil rich with nutrients. The fruity, aromatic olive oil coming from this region is well known in the entire world.
Quality: ELIS SUPERIOR is made exclusively from extra premium olives of "Koroneiki" variety, using integrated crop management systems, without chemical additives, artificial preservatives or contaminants. Oil extraction is done using cold mechanical pressing methods (maximal temperature 27oC). ELIS SUPERIOR has a very high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid 70-80%), vitamins and polyphenols (precious antioxidants). Its chemical characteristics, such as acidity, peroxide content and UV absorption, are much better than those required by the International Olive Oil Council for Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), thus satisfying the most demanding customer.

Aroma: ELIS SUPERIOR has the aroma of freshly pressed olives.
Flavor: Fresh fruity aroma with a hint of almonds. Due to the high amount of vitamins and polyphenols, ELIS SUPERIOR has a pleasant sharpness and a fresh and spicy aftertaste.
ELIS SUPERIOR is packed in 250ml clear glass bottles and in 500ml dark glass bottles, to protect it against UV light.
